The finals of the Under-19 ICC World Cup 2020 will be held on Sunday, February 9th at Senwes Park, Potchefstroom. India, the four-time World Champions will be playing against Bangladesh. While this is the seventh time that India made it to the finals, it will be their third consecutive World Cup finals. The Indians lost just one game out of the past 12, in the U-19 WC, which was against the West Indies.

Having entered their maiden ICC Under-19 World Cup final, after a six-wicket win against New Zealand, the team was guided home by Mahmudul Hasan Joy who scored 100 off 127 balls. In the second semi-finals, he managed to surmount a target of 212 runs in 41.4 overs.
