Rohit Sharma who was originally in India A squad has been rested for the first four-day game against New Zealand A. This decision was made by the BCCI’s medical team ‘considering his recent workload’ after consulting with the team management. He has been advised to rest and won’t be available for this series.
Rohit Sharma misses the four-day series between the India A and New Zealand A is scheduled to be played from November 16 – 19 in Mount Maunganui. However, he will be available for the first T20I that starts on November 21 in Brisbane.
He will be leaving for Australia from Mumbai on November 16 to take part in the T20I. Here goes the India A squad for the series against New Zealand A:
