RCB making chances into the Playoffs

RCB VS SRH – 51st match of IPL 2018 League Phase

“Where there is a will there is a way” – RCB have proved it in yesterday’s match. RCB made a fantastic come back into the game, which was left the SRH fans in complete shock. They have consecutively won their last three games and are back alive. Yesterday’s game was a thriller and an important match for RCB, which was to be seen until the last moment. RCB’s extra effort has made them climb to the fifth position currently in the points table.

They set a target of 219(218/6) against SRH which was the third highest total this season. SRH by taking two early wickets revealed that they are the best. But AB de Villiers sensational 69 runs of 39 balls (12 Fours & a lonely Six) and Moeen Ali’s flawless 65 runs of 34 balls (6 Sixes & 2 Fours) made RCB reclaim its position. At the end of the innings, Colin Munro and Sarfaraz Khan finish off making a big total. RCB took the match off from SRH in their home ground and It was the last match for them in their home ground this IPL season.

The SRH made 204 runs for three wickets in the yesterday’s game. They thought they had it under control while Kane Williamson scored 81 and was Manish Pandey 62*. SRH required 20 from 6 in the last over, but Williamson’s wicket took RCB back into the game. Siraj’s last over was a thriller,  by giving only five runs he took an important wicket (Kane Williamson) in the last minutes of the game which made RCB emerge Victoriously. RCB by making a win against the table-toppers have inched closer to the playoffs. RCB have the great chance of making the playoffs based on their performance same against RR in the upcoming match. Initially, RCB lost the 1st game against SRH, but they replied to it with a win in the second match
